OK, one last freaking time.

Every team goes out on the field with hearts and minds, yes. Nobody goes out to lose. Can we agree on that? Good.

Now, they play each and every week, with that certain level of set commitment. As committed as they feel at the time I guess.When there are special catalysts involved such as "oooh... we're gonna beat them because they're undefeated", or "...OMFG, you killed my father, prepare to die...", or "... who do they think they are to give us the worst freaking odds in history, EVAR..." sort of things, that emotion and the will to play get elevated (you'll have to excuse me, I'm trying my best to convey this as simple as possible since I'm convinced that I'm arguing with at 12yrs old).

You can obviously see that emotions were high on the Ravens, and they played their hearts out. Too bad, so sad.

Sorry, I'd now like to serve you some more hatorade, because I don't feel like responding to you anymore. If you ever, Ever, EVER feel like having the last words (as it seems that you need to validate your existence by doing so), please do. Because I will now toast the PATRIOTS, the team that has given out more hatorades than anyone I've ever seen.

Edit: And you know why you're freaking WRONG? Because you don't see the Beagles and the Raisins play like that EVERY WEEK. Had they been playing like that, their records wouldn't be so shitty.

You don't see the Ravens unable to run the ball or pressure the QB when the game is on the line? Why do you think they couldn't do it this game, or any other this season? The stats bear this out, as do their records. You seem to think teams only play well or give their all when they play NE, get real. Every team tries to win every game.

I just got back from the game and it was pretty awesome. This was possibly the best game I have ever been to! The ravens lost the game for themselves. But nonetheless a great game

Great teams impose their will when executing a game plan. That is what's most impressive about NE, not the stats or their record, the way they impose their will.
