i hope hes guilty just to piss off you homers
Who? No one here actually believes the guy is innocent.

Yeah, into the 3rd page and I don't think a single post is defending him, which is pretty amazing.Who? No one here actually believes the guy is innocent.
Now you can argue about the value/import of his claim. As I just said, even though all the evidence is circumstantial, it doesn't mean the prosecution doesn't have a strong case

I have no doubt he is guilty.. but again what I keep going back to is I do not see any logic at all in him killing this person. What a moron. I mean at least with O.J. he is a psychopath but run-of-the-mill jealous ex husband.. this one just confuses me.
The Patriots are offering exchanges on any Hernandez #81 jersey purchased before the murder...

While this is a great gesture/act for the Patriots to do, it should have been done after he was found guilty of a crime. It doesn't look good for him but has innocent until proven guilty been completely thrown out the window?
It all comes down to this. The State will basically eliminate every other reasonable explanation until the jury can only conclude exactly what happened, despite lack of direct evidence.

Why do I get the feeling that the jersey's will eventually sold on Ebay for big $$ so thugs can add a important piece to their wardrobe..

Well, the Pats buying them up is going to cause a shortage in supply so... yeah.
What happened to the Rae Carruth jerseys? Holy shit, Rae Carruth gets out in 4 years.
They are offering an exchange, not a refund and only for a short amount of time, I'm just betting 2-3 months form now AH jersey's wil fetch around $300
I'm betting that there are enough people buying the jerseys right now hoping that they'll increase to insure that they won't increase.
I can't imagine Hernandez jerseys are still available, unless you mean people are buying them used...
With this much evidence, yeah... I'm ok with this. The Patriots are offering exchanges on any Hernandez #81 jersey purchased before the murder...

The whole thing is still pretty unbelievable. I mean the circumstantial evidence is damning, as is his conduct during the investigation, but it is hard for most people to wrap their head around motive. Guy is a multi-millionaire, victim is only casually linked in terms of relationship, and it isn't spur-of-the-moment but he actually has to go back to his house, lure the victim, get friends, etc.
The only explanation is that Hernandez is a head case which there is a history of, obviously not to this extent. The fact they are tying him to an earlier double-murder actually explains this more, that he is just a psychopath.
