What kind of society we live in which a simple murder is being tracked by everything? The uses of our phones turn against us, that is just not right.
That's why they make burner's, its not that hard

"
Abreu, Furtado and three others left the club, and were stopped at a light when a "silver or gray SUV with Rhode Island license plates" pulled alongside them, according to the Globe. Abreu and Furtado were shot and killed but the other three men survived."
Eventually teams are going to enact the Dez Bryant policy on their key players and put a babysitter on them and prohibit them from being anywhere close to a "club" in the wee hours of the night.
Need confirmation. Seems they have found the car involved in the 2012 killings.
@AdamSchefter: Boston PD has located red SUV it was looking for as identified in July 2012 homicide. Aaron Hernandez rented it.

Does killing three people make him a serial killer?
Actually if the first two were at the same time I don't think he meets the definition.

If he's been hanging around with the kind of friends you can call to come help you execute someone for a good long while, I suspect he's been a party to more than 3 killings.
Judge: evidence circumstantial for sure, but VERY VERY strong.
BAIL DENIED
i have friends who would help me kill someone and dispose of a body
doesnt everyone?
I really don't understand the need for the sealed affidavit, unless my thought process is way off.
Hernandez and 2 others roll out and "allegedly" kill a man. Hernandez and 1 other are arrested and the prosecutors know details of the conversations said between the 4 people(including the now dead guy) in the car. Seems pretty obvious who the narc is. I mean granted hernandez is clearly one of the dumbest people on the planet, but surely someone would have done this math for him.
But if I was the other guy I wouldn't worry to much, since again Hernandez "allegedly" takes care of his own business, rather then using some of his millions to have someone else do it for him.

You can kill 50 - 100 people and not be a serial killer. Mass killer is not the same as serial killer. If he was killing people for particular attributes, in the same ritualistic fashion, etc. then he may be considered a serial killer. As it currently stands, he's a thug and that's about it.

Even if you pay cash for the phone and airtime cards, there's a record of the activation scans made at the time of purchase. Investigators can walk into the store where you bought the phone, or where you bought your last refill, and ask the manager to bring up the hi-def video of you buying it. Most retail stores probably keep video for at least a few weeks, if not months. So it's not that simple, either.
