I own this camera so let's see what i have to say. This is a great camera for the price but remember one thing. BATTERIES!!!! This thing will use up the battery in a couple Shootings. i'm talking about 30 pictures to 50 max. The battery costs around 8 BUCKS!!!! So in the long run, prepare to use the provided AC adapter as much as you can, or don't use the flash (which you NEED). I'm not even sure if they sell rechargeable for that size. If they do then i'd be ALOT more positive about this cam. I'm gonna egay mine simply because i want something ALOT better, and i'm planning on spending about $500 for my new cam. ALL in all this is definately an awesome buy if used carefully.

The quality isn't spectacular, but for $39 it's DAMN good! I ordered myself one. I've been needing a digi-cam anywho and you can't beat that price.

OK, this may sound a little stupid, but how do I apply the Overstock coupon I found at Techbargains?

I place the camera in my shopping cart and in small print it says I can only apply one discount coupon. Further steps involve taking my credit card and then finally charging/shipping, but at no point does there seem to be an option to enter in a coupon code.

You don't need to enter a code. If you click on the link at techbargains, you should get sent to overstock. Then the coupon window should pop up, eventually. Hope this helps.

This looks like a nice camera for the price except for the battery cost of CR123A 3 volt lithium photo cell. Those things are about $10 a pop and I don't know if there is a rechargeable version. If DavidDavinci's numbers are the norm (50 pix max/battery), each pix costs about as much as a print 35mm photos.

I have an older Kodak camera that eats these CR123A 3 volt lithium batteries like candy. Even at $6 a pop in three months you could double the cost of this puppy. I'd stick with on that takes AA's and get rechargebles. Just my $0.02

This reminds me of the great deal I got on the "ToyStory 2 Train" This toy took 12 batteries! I would rather spend 50.00 more and avoid the batteries any day

WARNING!!!! This camera is not user friendly!!! Get on their (LARGAN) message board and look at what questions are asked about this camera (350). I bought this for my wife for xmas and have not been able to download pics yet. It's been about a week, and I have tried everything.

I am about to send it back to overstock, for this reason. So, it they are out of stock NOW, they will have 1 more to sell when they receive mine. GO TO THE MESSAGE BOARD!!!

:| I got mine... cannot take a picture that is focused for the life of me. The autoflash causes some of my pictures to be totally white close up. This camera is not worth the batteries you put in it.

Seeing how this is my first digital camera, and i'm too cheap to spend $300+ on a nice one I think it's not bad at all! This is the economy mans digi cam.
