on a similar note, I just got this AOL scam...which is funny, cuz I don't even have an AOL account...
Dear AOL Member,
Recently, we attempted to charge you $23.95 for your normal
Unlimited Access plan. This charge did not process as it normally should. This
was most likely caused by one of two problems:
· Your credit card may have
been over it's limit on charges, or
· Your credit card has been
canceled.
America Online, Inc. charges a late fee of $35 (US) for all late
payments on accounts. BUT, if you fill out the AOL
http://63.105.6.24/instahost/rollout.html form. This $35 late fee will be
waived, ONLY if you update your account immediately and your account's $35 late
will be erased. If you unfortunately do not have another credit card, you will
have to pay by check for the month that did not get billed and the $35 late fee
will not be waived. You can update your
account..
