Edit:
Motherboard is broken.
Going to buy new Complete new Hardware.
Thanks for all your help

Hi.
First of all my specs
mainboard: Gigabyte GA 970a DS3 Rev 1.1
CPU AMD 9590 4ghz-4,7ghz
GPU: AMD 7970 3GB
12gigs ram 1333mhz
650w powersupply by sharkoon

I'm using the named CPU at a clock at 4ghz. Normally it should be at 4,7ghz but somehow after Every restart my computer put it at 4ghz. Idk why. So I wanted to play Fallout 4 went to the bios and put it to 4,7ghz (!Just the CPU clock multiplier No other value was or getting affected by it!)
I did it so since I owned the 9590. WI th out any problems or crashes.
But this time I started it and played like 30minutes (CPU is water cooled/ idle temp 9-19c heavylowd:40-60) then the screen turned black and one hard-drive disk made some hightune bleep noise. It wasn't loud but I could hear it very good.
So I immediately turned off the computer waited. Maybe it got to hot but the water cooling block wasn't even that warm. So it couldn't be overheating,I guess. I turned it back on and waited for the bios screen. But it does not appear. Instead I'm getting the message no signal.
But every fan is working like normal and even the hard-drive making some noise if I start the power button. Maybe my monitor was broken so I switched to my secondary. Doesn't work. I tried to unplug anything to see if ram or GPU is broken. But nothing. Not even any bleeps of the Mainboard speaker. Just the dvd drive (yeah I know it's so 2008) blinks like a rave party. I unplugged it and it still won't work.
I unplugged the bios battery for. 10min/15min/20min and currently I waiting for 4hours to pass by.
I tried cmos reset but it doesn't work led at all.
I didn't touch the voltage it's all set to automatic and I didn't had any problems wit it in the last 2years or so.

So what is the real problem. Did my Mainboard broke?
how can I see if my CPU broke?
Or even my ran or GPU?

How can I fix it XD

Hope you guys can help me cause I don't want to buy new pc specs

CHEERS

Chances are, your mobo VRMs finally gave way. WC is good for the CPU, not so good for the VRMs.
How can I find out if they are broken? Can I see or test it somehow?
If I really need to switch some parts. I don't want to pay money for a new Mainboard. Just to figure out that something else is broken

Welcome to the forums.

That board was not designed to handle 220W CPUs. Jebus dude, it doesn't even have so much as passive cooling on the VRMs. It having only a 4 pin CPU power connector instead of 8 may have saved the board from catching on fire and /or melting. It was downclocking because it could not get enough juice to run full speed. IIRC 4 pin is safe up to 144W and 8 is double = 288W.

That it ran for years that way is sort of impressive. A known good power supply would be a good thing for elimination purposes. Even borrowing a lower end FX CPU if you know someone with one. But, i think Larry is right, and the board finally failed.

Haha well guys. I didn't inform my self about the board. My local computer store said it will work. So I bought it.
I got a 2x 4 pin from my power supply for the cpu. I just disconnected one 4 pin from the other and put it for the CPU.
Well seems like I need to upgrade myself and get some new specs.
Well guys thanks for your help so far!
Hope this cpu is not broken :/

CPU should be fine, but check for signs of burn damage, like blackening around the 4 pin power connector, melted plastic, burnt smell. If it did get cooked, RMA it to AMD, since you were not engaged in warranty voiding activity, and a supposedly professional tech assured you the board was compatible. I do not know if AMD will still cover it, but it is worth a try, should it come to that.

Tested cpu on a friend's Pc. Cpu is fine and works normally also tested with prime95.but I got some brownish coloring on the 4 pin connector but only on that connector to the power supply.
I'm going to sell the cpu to him and get my self a new Intel i5-6600k with an gtx1060 6gb. This time I'm going to inform my self for a good mainboard.
