My PC is not turning on when I press the Power button on the CASE,
I saw few videos, related to this problem, where the suggestion I received was to

  1. Try installing a NEW CMOS battery
  2. Check if PSU is working by Paper Clip/stapler pin method.
I tried both of those suggestion, I got a New CMOS battery, removed the pre installed CMOS battery from the motherboard, installed the new one, Then tried switchingON the pc. Still it didn't turn ON.
I removed the entire PSU unit from the CPU CASE, and tested it using Paper CLip method. Since I couldn't get a Paper clip I tried it with Stapler pin, The fans in the PSU started spinning, I think that implies that PSU is perfectly fine.

Now I am confused what might be the problem with my PC.
I even removed my GPU and connected the monitor with Motherboard's display port, still no response,
Yet the RGB components in the Motherboard(ASUS EX 320 GAMING) Glows, when I switch on the Power plug.

My PC is barely a year old.
This is my PC config
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G( disable the VEGA 8 onboard graphics)
Asus Ex 320 Gaming motherboard
Gskill RAM 8GB(1 X 8)
Corsair VS 550
Zotac Geforce GTX 1050Ti
BIOS is latest.

Okay, I purchased a brand new PSU Antec Atom V550, I connected the NEW Antec PSU to the motherboard, pressed the power button on the PC cabinet, as usual, NO RESPONSE,

I took the PC cabinet(with just GPU, motherboard, RAM, CPU ) and kept it in the sunshine for an hour after an hour brought it back into the home and connected the new PSU to the motherboard, pressed the power button it TURNED ON.

I am totally confused still, I am not sure what component is exactly faulty here, as in this post you can see me describe that I kept the PSU in the sunlight for an hour instead of the PC, which worked for a week, then one day I kept PSU out in the sunshine for more than 2 hours the PC did not start but on the very same day, I kept PC cabinet (with just GPU, motherboard, RAM, CPU ) it worked.

Now I can assume that motherboard is the real problem here, as every time I turn it on after exposing it to sunshine I find date and time are lagging.
also from the last 2 days, the RGB component in motherboard stopped glowing.

I tried plugging in every single plugpoint available in home, I got a new power cable and tried switching ON, nothing worked, I called the technician in the servics center to inform him that issue still exist, and also asked him what exactly he did that made the pc to turn ON, he said he just connected from the 24pin from PSU to Motherboard more firmly, then we pressed the power in the case, it turned on and booted up.
So after hearing this, I assumed that 24pin from PSU might be the problem, so I pressed it harder with all my might, still no response.
I AM TOTALLY BEWILDERED AND PUZZLED, IT IS LIKE A MYSTERY.
Can you link to the exact motherboard ? I can't find any b320 chipset motherboard that has gaming in the name.

I ask this, as for many times now, the motherboards that have has 2 CPU connectors, and if only one is connected, they will not post.

Well, crap. I only see one 8 pin connector. I assume you have the 8 pin cpu plug in that, not a 4 pin cpu plug ?
Yes, It contains an 8 pin connector, I connect an 8 pin CPU plug which comes from the PSU to the 8 Pin CPU socket on the motherboard.

But every time I take the PC cabinet(with just GPU, motherboard, RAM, CPU ) and expose it to sunshine for an hour on average after which I bring into the home and connect the PSU to the respective pins of the motherboard it starts without any problem.

I am still wondering what on earth happens inside the motherboard or whatever component inside the PC cabinet (just GPU, motherboard, RAM, CPU ), when it is exposed to PC that it starts without a problem.

Might be time for a new motherboard.
No, the Motherboard has its warranty period, so If I submit it to the ASUS authorized service center, It may be repaired.

I hope that the problem in the motherboard is not so serious, rather a small fixable problem such as Cold Soldering, because a faulty motherboard should not even boot in the first place, right? please correct me If I am wrong?

Whereas I am able to use it for 5-7 hours without any problem after exposing it to sunshine for an hour?

I even got a new PSU still I just can't turn the PC on whenever I want after a long 6-7 hours break, rather I have to take it outside to expose it in the sunshine, to start the whole thing.

And most of all EVERY SINGLE TIME I SWITCH ON THE PC AFTER EXPOSING IT TO THE SUNSHINE, I FOUND THAT THE TIME AND DATE IN BOTH BIOS AND OS IS CHANGED, when I say it is changed it lags behind the actual time.

When I try to start the PC after a long 6-7 hours break, even the fan in PSU (both new and old ones )won't spin.

In this video you see the person faces similar issue like me, even for him the motherboard needs to be heated up to boot, the only difference is I am using Sunshine to heat up the board, this guy uses Hairdryer.

The person who uploaded this video, even got a new Motherboard, but later regretted getting a new one, since he claims that he found the FIX in the old one, he claims the problem was with the RESET CABLE which comes from the front panel of the PC CABINET.
Please check both videos, and explain if the reset cable has anything to do with the same problem, which I too face.
Once I removed all the Motherboard and other components out of the cabinets and connected the PSU to the motherboard in OPEN, I tried to jump-start, but it was not successful.

That would seem to indicate that your problem is not related directly (or at all) to your case.
