Boot into safe mode. Go to your power handling settings and set it to maximum performance, disable hybrid sleep/hibernation specifically in the settings (look for the + cascade options under hibernation/sleep). Save everything. Reboot normally. Go back to power settings and make sure all your options are saved and kept in effect. Let it idle a while and see what it does. Load something that will give the CPU/GPU/RAM some load, like a game, or some testing software that induces load. You can get Memtest86 to test your memory and put load on it to see if it has errors. But start by removing the sleep/hibernation settings, especially the hybrid stuff. Report back if you still have restart/cycles off issues.
