PC vandalized. Cut keyboard/mouse/Power Supply wires. Repair possible?

Long story short, my computer was vandalized.

The cords were cut on my:
SteelSeries WoW 14-button mouse
My Logitech G15 keyboard
My power supply.

Who knows what else is damaged, but this is what I have to deal with to start. If at all possible I would like to repair these items, as money is very tight at the moment.

Is this even possible? Should I just throw this stuff out? Are there electrical timing issues that would prevent repair?

Any tips would be much appreciated.

just splice and solder the cables back together.

looks like an animal did that.

An animal indeed. House was ransacked unfortunately.
Would butt connectors with a crimp tool work?

Not exactly an expert with the soldering iron.

Keyboard might be little tricky due to multiple wires, you should check Craigslist for $5 used ones.

Oh I've got plenty of keyboards, was just trying to salvage this one because it's fairly expensive, backlit, programmable, etc.

use heat shrink tubing on the splices to prevent short circuits. Use solder approved for electronic wire use.

Just lots of soldering work on the wires with heat shrink tubings. Looks like someone was very jealous that you spent all the time on the machine not him/her, but it got a fair electrical warning with that green live wire cut; lol:B Best bet is try it with another PS if you have a spare one before even trying all the work. It will be pointless if things are fried.

Maybe you can find a cable for it? It should have a connector inside the keyboard.
