PC won't start, A8N32SLI Deluxe

I have built this system over a year ago, I do not overclock. I just recently moved and when I unpack the PC and turn on Power and I see all the fans start up fine, but thats it. RAM doesn't fire up (I have 2 GBCorsair XMS 3500LL Pro sticks and notice they fire up due to the LED lights, but I just see middle orange led light up and then go away after 5 seconds). System just hangs there with fans running only. Does not POST on monitor at all.

Check all wires and unplugged and plugged back in RAM and other PnP peripherals but still no go.

Any advice?

If you have PS/2 (round-plug) keyboard and/or mouse, confirm they are inserted into the correct port on the motherboard, since the ports are function-specific.

No Video period?

First thing I'd do is pull the RAM & Video card and clean out the slots (dust/dirt).

Try booting with just one stick of RAM and switch them if that doesn't work.

BIOS reset might be an option to look into as well.

Does the HD spin up?

No beeps, nor video.
I did pull the RAM and video card and clean out the system of any dust.
I also tried switching RAM and used used one stick but same issue.
Tried also clearing CMOS, still no-go.
Doesn't seem HD spins up.

Last night took out mobo, deattched-reattched everything, even CPU and tightned everything up again, still same issue as above. I tried even starting up with just CPU and RAM, and still same issue, I am at a loss.
