When do you need it? Shuttle has announced the successor to the AK32L, the AK32A using the KT266A chipset instead of the KT266.
Shuttle AK32A
VIA KT266A chipset
2 SDRAM and 2 DDR slots
C-Media 8738 5.1 audio
1 AGP, 5 PCI
Overclocking - Voltage, FSB, Multiplier
Being that it's the successor to a $55 motherboard, you know it'll be inexpensive. Basically it seems like a typical overclockable KT266A motherboard with 5.1 sound, with some SDRAM slots thrown in.
I don't know when/where it will be available.
