Is there any significant differences as far as speed and performance goes? This is will be standard value memory, no overclocking. Looking at getting 2 x 1GB sticks.
Just out of curiousity, isn't DDR 3200 a pipeline of 6.7 GB/s (the max right now for 'CPU/memory bus' or something like that)? In that case anything above 3200 is redundant isn't it?

Well for one thing, you can only buy one or the other depending on which the mobo supports. Other than that I don't see much difference.
