Yes, it works with the 8RDA+, but I'm not sure if it'll run at 434MHz. Check out www.amdforums.com.

Sure does! I've ot one stick running solid at 200x11 for 2200mhz with a 1700+.

Just bought one of the PC2700 sticks...gotta love running 1 gigabyte of ram.

Just bought a stick of this stuff today. All I can say is...WOW!! Great memory, although I thought I was going to have a problem because my particular motherboard sometimes can have issues with this ram. When I put it in dimm1, it ran okay for ten minutes, benched great, then the blue screens. OH NOOOOOO!! Anyhow, I then tried dimm2, which was worse, then dimm3, which works great. I might buy another stick tommorow and see if my board will run them both.

Does anyone happen to know if BestBuy carries the 256mb of these, or just these 512s? I forgot to ask, and if they do, I might take the 512 back and get two 256s.

I have 2 sticks of the 512 Value Ram running Dual Channel @ 400mhz. Timings are a little slow, I think they could be better if I did the vmod on the NF7-s. IT still benches nicely and has run rock solid for months now.

So far so good, running dual channel mode at 426MHz with most intense timing (except RAS to CAS=3) @2.65v..

Well, I'm not a happy camper right now.

I had 512mb of Hyper X pc3500 running just peachy at 200mhz FSB on my 8RDA+ @2200mhz. I picked up another stick at BB today and slipped it in. Now I got random reboots and kicks back to the desktop while surfing the net running in dual channel mode.

What's their policy on returning the stick?

Edit: It does still run fine with both sticks in single channel mode.

... I do have credit cards (sometimes i wish i didnt1) but BB online shows tht they're out of stock and i dont have a B&M BB nearby

I've returned this memory to BB before without much trouble. They just to a long time looking the stick over. I guess they wanted to make sure I had not swapped it.

The 2 HyperX PC3500 512MB sticks I got seem to suck big time. I'm trying to use them on my Abit NF7-S V2.0. I actually had 2x512MB Kingston HyperX PC3000 in there, working pretty much flawless at spec at 370MHz, 6-2-2-2. I tried the PC3500 at recommended 434MHz, 7-3-3-2. Memtest-86 reports errors in Test 5. Tried 9-4-4-3 (which sucks wrt. speed), still errors. Tried lowering speed to 400MHz, still errors in Test 5. Tested one stick at a time, both have errors, one stick less than the other. WTF?
The PC3000 never had such issues, works perfectly. BB better take this back, I am pissed. I guess with the HyperX, it's a crapshoot, you either get good stuff, or crap. Oh well.
