That's good to know. I've been told by a friend that some pc100 dimms don't like running at 66MHz though? Why is this? Or has this person just had a bad experience. Are we not comparing like with like? And if so, what's the difference that should cause the problems in the Dimms?
Well.. its not that some PC100 or PC133 DIMMs don't like running at PC66, rather its that PC100 and esp. PC133 DIMMs tend to use high density chips which older (PC66) motherboards don't know how to handle.
You shouldn't have any problems using PC2700 ram in a PC2100 board.
