Yeah, I hate the newegg shipping. Especially for their cases, if you use fedex on those, it eats up $60-100 of your whole budget!

However, I'd still think a 6200 for ~$35 for a PCI slot would be pretty neat...

uhh.. if a system doesn't have AGP how is it going to be really useful as a gaming system.

I can only see this being useful if you want to get XGL running on an older linux box, but a 5200 would be overkill for that.

I've got two non-AGP systems that do just fine for games. PCI-e FTW

This isn't actually a bad solution if you want to add more monitors or something, or just need a PCI video card (that doesn't completely suck) for rare cases (such as a primary card dying or you're waiting on a certain card before you a complete a certain system...)

Other PCI cards of the same price are simply nowhere near the level of a 6200, and thus its a decent deal.

Now all we need are some PCI-e x1/2/4 cards to replace these PCI

Yes. It is a good habit to check chiefvalue pricing against newegg's before ordering. I am convinced they are the same company... For example, I once got a newegg flyer in my chiefvalue box.

since newegg got more popular, they came up with chiefvalue to sell things the old way - free shipping. similar newegg prices, but you save on the stupid newegg jacked up shipping charges

This is far far better. Those are basically junk compared to this.. this is a Geforce 6..

This is the last, and fastest of the PCI cards.

Excellent card to diagnose AGP and PCIE rigs.. or as a backup that will work on anything.
Also a great cheap way to add multimonitor support to a AGP rig.

Since mines meant for a backup card, I'm popping this in one of my dads rigs that has a GF4 so he can use his triple monitors with Flight Sim04.
