PCI latency question

Sometime ago, someone posted a link to a webpage detailing how to set the optimum PCI latency and I couldn't find it using the search function.

How do you set the optimum PCI latency (or post the link if you happen to have it)?

On older chipsets, 32 clocks was recommended.

These days, usually 64 clocks is optimal.
