pci or pci-e x1 wireless card?

I'm currently trying to minimize the wiring in my house and just got a E3200 router not too long ago with 300mbps connection speeds. I was wondering what kind of wireless card works best for internal use in my computer and if someone had any good recommendations?

For wireless speeds PCI is fine, if going gigabit wired ethernet then go for PCI-e.

If it is Wireless card it does not matter as long as it a AGN.

Actually this Wireless card does even better because of the High gain Antennae that can be placed high over the system.

I see, so in that case, what else is good, given the above is sold out. I want to keep the card in the case preferably, so as to be able to transport the case easier.
