THanks for the heads up on how to get "preferred customer" status... I've generally just paid cash for most of what I've purchased at BB since I have yet to buy a big price item. I think this weekend would be a good one for an HDTV of some sort if it's cheap enough [I was going to get a 36 inch, and then when I realized instead of sinking $500 or so into a new entertainment center, I'd just get a bigger tv and not need the entertainment center. I'm glad logic took hold before I purchased!]

I received two sets of coupons today and there are a few coupons the typical 10% and also received a coupon for 10% off music, movies, computer software, video games and video game accessories, any combination. Limit 5. Also a coupon for 50% off Hardware Installation and a Coupon code for Netflix/Bestbuy deal of Rent as many movies for $20 a month.

Got mine today as well.. Anyone want to buy it? I'm going to hate having to go and be a pain in their butt... It says not valid on past purchases.. But they may work with me... Just depends on who I get I guess....

i doubt it... somebody named themselves as a lurker for a reason... just noticing...
and i know people aren't trying to bring heat for the amount of posts someone makes... in hd, takes AT LEAST five posts to clarify the deal to people whose synapses aren't firing correctly, new folks, trolls, etc.
not to mention that if SOMEONE PROFITS OR BENEFITS FROM THE DEAL, THEN THEY SHOULD GIVE PROPS for it...

Just got off the phone with 2 of the BB's around here.. Looks like they will just price adjust my purchase on the HD set..

Yeah, I guess if they don't want to work with me I can throw out that I'll bring the tv back, they will have an open box item and I'll buy a new one with the coupon.. They may work with me.. I just hate to have to go in there and be an a$$.. Why can't they just be helpful from the get go?!

Smooth, I was going to mention that at least around here they have been advertising customer service. Easy returns, friendly low pressure sales, etc. I doubt you would even have to step into the store. They will not want to send a truck out to pick up the TV, sell it for a loss just to sell you another one

It is nice to see a company at least pretending to be customer service oriented. It used to be the goal of every company

I have seen some great ones in the ForSale trade forum. Rossman I believe has helped alot of people in the hardware forums. I have seen someone as a "Lifer" and a few others anyone else seen any kool ones
