Whether you're big or small, this little beauty is going to be your new best friend! It's perfect for long road trips, or when you don't have that special someone to share your pr0n with. It won't let you down... literally! Personally, I have trouble getting in and out of this unit and YMMV. The bonus lady finger gives that extra zip. Just be careful on the road, since truckers will be able to see down into your vehicle as you're driving. If you keep getting honked at by rigs, you can assume you've been spotted. Or if you're listening to CB and hear things like "wow check out the four-wheeler using a salami pump!", you're probably better pulling off until the coast is clear.

FYI, son, penis pumps suck the hell out of your penis in order to get blood inside it thereby erecting that damn monkey (i.e. making it swell). This is the same concept as viagra (albiet viagra does it chemically from the inside) it promotes blood flow to your penis in order for it to enlarge. If you look closer, there are rubber rings which you use to wrap it around the monkey to keep it hard.

So I don't don't know why the hell some people think this can give you ejaculation when using penis pump, unless offcourse your some 12 year old with an overactive hormones and gets ejaculation while watching pron!! (hhahaha)
