Northwestern is. I don't know if Illinois is but that game is at Illinois, so I wouldn't be surprised if Illinois wins that game. Given the rest of their schedule, there's a very real chance PSU will finish with two wins. Then again my Badgers looked absolutely terrible against Oregon State, so maybe PSU will pick up a third win from a deflated Wisconsin team.
