I can see it now ... 'Yeah thats it judge! I was just teaching them how to shower properly... Then the kid accidentally fell on my erect penis a few times...'

Next it will be, "He was teaching the boys how to eat a banana" :sneaky:

this mornings testimony, from tmz

McQueary -- a Penn State assistant coach -- took the stand in a preliminary hearing for 2 former PSU officials this morning, and said he became suspicious when he heard skin-on-skin slapping sounds coming from one of the showers.

McQueary says he peeked into the shower and personally saw Jerry and the boy naked in the shower together -- with Jerry grabbing the boy's waist from behind, while the boy was facing the wall.

McQueary says he peeked in the shower several times -- and by the last time, they had separated. But McQueary told the court, "I know they saw me. They looked directly in my eye, both of them."

"Seeing that they were separated, I thought it was best that I leave the locker room," he explained.

McQueary says he went to Penn State football coach Joe Paterno to report the incident the following morning -- but didn't use the words "sodomy" or "anal intercourse."

McQueary says Paterno slumped back in his chair and appeared disappointed, but told Mike he had "done the right thing."

When asked why he didn't report the incident to police, McQueary explained that he had spoken with PSU Vice President Gary Schultz and felt that was good enough because Schultz oversaw the campus police.

"I thought I was talking to the head of the police, to be frank with you," McQueary said. "In my mind it was like speaking to a [district attorney]. It was someone who police reported to and would know what to do with it."

new lawyer? but his old one was doing a great job!

It's an addition, not a replacement.

Somehow Sandusky managed to realized that his first attorney was crazy and insread of replacing him, he added another crazy attorney to the legal team. Just proves that crazy attracts crazy.

:whiste:
Right, did not use the terms "sodomy" or "anal intercourse".

What terms did he use "ass rape" or "butt fuck"?

"new Sandusky lawyer Karl Rominger - who was added to attorney Joe Amendola's defense team"

is this the firm?

oh and wtf?

In the testimony, Paterno said he "knew inappropriate action was taken by Jerry Sandusky with a youngster" after a meeting with then-graduate assistant Mike McQueary, who allegedly saw Sandusky sexually abusing a boy in a locker room shower the previous night, but did not inform police and waited several days to meet with his boss, athletic director Tim Curley, because he "didn't want to interfere with their weekends."

Seems like someone from Penn State is going to jail.

McQueary testified that he told his father there was sexual activity going on.
McQueary and his father testified that they told Paterno that sexual activity was going on.
Paterno testified that McQueary and his father told him sexual activity was going on.
Curley and Shultz testified that nobody told them sexual activity was going on.

So:
1) McQueary told Paterno but Paterno didn't tell Schultz or Curley -> would seem like Paterno didn't fulfill his legal duty; or
2) McQ told P and P told Curley and Shultz -> C and S didn't fulfill their legal duty
3) McQ didn't tell P -> Both McQ and P committed perjury
4) McQ and/or P told C and/or S -> C and /or S committed perjury
5) McQ told Paterno one thing and Curley and Shulz another -> McQueary didn't fulfill his legal duty

On a somewhat related not, Penn State quarter back Matt McGloin was knocked out by Penn State receiver Nathan Drake after bowl practice today.

I am not trying to make excuses for these guys, but I really sympathize with past and present Penn State athletes (and, for that matter, students and alumni) - they are going through a hell of a frustrating time. Playing at Penn State is probably one of the best and proudest accomplishments in these people's lives, and now it's all been totally tainted. The current football team, on its merits, deserved a lot more credit in the bowl game selections, but the bowls view them as damaged goods. They had nothing to do with Sandusky's wrongdoing, and it's a shame they are all collateral damage. Obviously their situation is nowhere near as sad as that of Sandusky's victims, but it's still a bummer.

Local Reporter Sara Ganin of Patriot-News, and Patriot News staff, win Pulitzer Prize for local reporting of Sandusky scandal.

Wow, props to the girl! Only 24 years old too.

Ganim spent months dogging what became one of the top international stories of 2011 - the sexual abuse allegations against Jerry Sandusky, a former Penn State assistant football coach and founder of the charity The Second Mile.

Ganim broke the news in March 2011 that Sandusky was being investigated by a grand jury. Hundreds of journalists descended on State College after Ganim's story drew national attention following Sandusky's arrest in November.

"What really struck me about this story and about Sara’s work is that this was not a case where we uncovered some big issue or wanted to look at some big issue or did a massive investigation. This was a case of a reporter doing her job," Patriot-News editor David Newhouse said.

Sounds like the defense is going to be - these kids are only making up these stories because they want to get money out of this. Wow, I feel horrible for these kids.

yep

The man whose complaints led to the child sexual abuse investigation of Jerry Sandusky tearfully told a Pennsylvania jury Tuesday that the former Penn State assistant football coach kissed, fondled and engaged in oral sex with him in the basement of the adult’s home.

On the second day of testimony in the case against Sandusky, the second witness -- known in court documents as Victim One -- said that when he was a boy the former coach would give him gifts and make him feel special. Eventually the relationship moved to another, physical, level.

It was a story similar to that told by the first alleged victim on Monday and, according to the grand jury description, likely to be repeated through much of this week as six more alleged victims take the stand.

PHOTOS: The Sandusky case: Who's who

Sandusky, 68, is charged with 52 criminal counts of sexually abusing 10 boys over 15 years.

The witness told the jury of seven women and five men that the abuse began when he, now 18, was 11 or 12 years old, according to media reports from the courtroom.

"It began with the hand on my leg while we were driving and evolved into the touching in the basement of his home," he said during cross-examination by defense attorney Joe Amendola.

Sandusky would crack his back by hugging him, rub his buttocks and blow on his stomach and then move on to oral sex, the witness recounted. Asked by prosecutor Joseph McGettigan about his response, the witness replied: "I spaced. I didn't know what to do with all the thoughts running through my head. I just didn't want it to happen."

"Did you tell him to stop?" McGettigan asked.

"I didn't know what to say. I was embarrassed and confused and didn't know what to do," the man replied, according to the media reports.

On one occasion, he said, Sandusky "made me put my mouth on his privates."

The man said he tried to end his contacts with Sandusky but was unable to do so. Eventually, he said, he asked his mother about a "website for people who do things to children."

He said he later met with a school guidance counselor and other officials, who were initially dubious that Sandusky had committed abuse.

"They said, 'He has a heart of gold and wouldn't do anything to anybody' and 'We need to think about it,' so they didn't believe me,” the man said.

During cross-examination, Amendola continued his main attack themes: The alleged victims could profit in civil suits from making their charges, and their stories changed over time. The account from Tuesday's witness changed from simple touching to include oral sex as he recounted the story to more officials, the lawyer noted.

The witness met Sandusky through The Second Mile, the charity the coach founded for at-risk children.

It was the witness’ allegations in 2008 that prompted the grand jury investigation that led to the charges against Sandusky.
