Now you're just arguing semantics. If someone that is substantially larger than you knocks you out with one hit, do you consider they beat you up? Because that's what happened. Sure he didn't get up and stomp her head or keep the attack up, but then he likely would have straight up fucking killed her if he had. If you're knocked unconscious or otherwise incapacitated then you got beat up, doesn't matter if its from a direct punch or them literally using their weight to throw you to the ground.

She initiated it, but that does not make his reaction (which is absolutely excessive) ok though. And I don't give a shit if its a woman or a guy (or if things are completely reversed) if you've got probably a foot and 50+lbs on them, you should not be resorting to stuff like this and are a piece of shit. You should be getting away from the situation (which was very easy to do, he had no reason to be anywhere near her, and even after she became physical he absolutely had the means to resolve the situation without doing this).

I assume that some editing software is involved that seemingly takes a standard issue "I can't hold a video cam device straight and steady without drunkenly leaning all over the place" video as the viewing area in the video changes angles a lot, especially in the second half of the video (presumably in an attempt to give the video a less seasick-inducing feeling)? The punk has got to be concerned about two things- His first problem is her boyfriend/brother. Does he have a weapon? Either of them could show up at his personal property and harm him / his property double. I were either ? I would .

She also can just sue him and charge him with assault. Who wins don't matter, but a guy beating up on woman ? Conviction is a real possibility and a criminal charge is a nuisance to an employer.
