I don't expect either side to give feedback until the transaction is 100% complete (payment AND item have both been recieved). Once it is complete, both sides should give feedback irregardless of the other.
I don't think it's leverage, it's just practicality. If the buyer makes unreasonable demands or had misread the description and gets all pissy, you don't want to have already left a positive feedback.Originally posted by: lytalbayre

On the other hand, as a buyer, it doesn't bother me unless that transaction is 100% complete and I have left feedback as well. I have about 10-15 people to this day who have not left me feedback on ebay...
