People who liked Diablo should check this game out!

The game name is Sacred and they have a full preview and demo to download on Gamespot. Diablo was one my favorite all time games I have ever played.

Lords of Everquest (diablo-ish clone) was really good too... For PS2, not quite the best for online gaming, but it kept my attention for a long time.

sacred is alright. it still doesn't have the mindless killing and easy spell casting like diablo. but i enjoyed it for its novelty. it should be coming out soon right?

I've been playing Everquest: Champions of Norrath on PS2. It's a hack and slash style game. First half was really good but now it's getting a little weak.

I would also suggest Divine Divinity, the game didn't get a lot of pub, but it's a lot of fun. Reminds me of some of the older Ultima games, with some hack and slash Diablo thrown in.

Oh ick, that game sucked. Just a rip off of all the other RPS games that are out there. Nothing new what so ever. Was reading a Macimum PC today and they railed on it too.

Ive tried a few of these games recently
Sacred - looks amazing
Whatever Divinity - tried the demo, the voiceovers were so lame I couldn't handle it
Dungeon Seige - no idea how new this game is , but it looks good really similar to diablo.. anyone have thoughts on this I might buy it

Now...Level 64 Barbarian in Nightmare...

Dungeon Siege has been around for a a couple of years, but I love it. I think it offers a much more variety of character developement and the graphics are alot better then D2.

Dungeon Siege has been around for a a couple of years, but I love it. I think it offers a much more variety of character developement and the graphics are alot better then D2.

The best thing about D2 is the huge community on battlenet, not the chars/graphics. If DS had an integrated system on that scale it might have had the same popularity.

Hardcore Level 74 Fire Elemental Druid, haven't played in about 5 weeks since my level 73 pally got waxed.

Demo lost my interest in about 10 minutes. I might try it again if a bunch of people keep saying it's good.
