Period or Full Stop?

I've never heard of a "full stop" being used to describe any form of punctuation.

Period, comma, colon, semicolon, exclamation mark, question mark, etc. etc.

You only need one "etc.", bro. The second one is redundant and, actually, grammatically incorrect.

I don't believe that you've never heard the term "period". Both the terms are extremely common here, and both are completely acceptable. I'm pretty sure you're just trolling here.

I've heard it to mean "the end" or "no arguments"

I.e. "WHEN YOU LIVE UNDER MY HOUSE, YOU LIVE UNDER MY RULES. PERIOD" Never considered that it meant full stop.
