I absolfvkinglutely suck at jogging when I wear shorts or running pants.
In sharp contrast, if I weigh myself down with perhaps jeans ( i did that tonight) and even better, heavy leather shoes, I can run fine.
WTF!
Is there someone who can make sense of this?!
Basically, if I am weighted down I can keep a rythum and such while if I am not I am all over the place and get tired quickly.
I have ideas as to why this is the case but will capitulate to the advice of those who are much wiser in this area of movement.
