As a lawyer, I feel qualified to provide this in-depth analysis of my perception of you.
You're an idiot.
Members of the public have a very limited scope of privacy rights when they are in public places. Basically, anyone can be photographed without their consent except when they have secluded themselves in places where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy such as dressing rooms, restrooms, medical facilities, and inside their homes.
This is a good example of there being no such thing as "bad" publicity. The perv is doing more for her obvious aspirations of fame, than those hired for the job.lol. I heard she posted the pics on her ballet school's facebook page but is now suing Mark Zuckerburg because perverts were liking her pics for all the wrong reasons. Obviously when being an attention whore out in public I don't want your attention. Everyone knows this.
There was a LOT of douchebaggery in that vid.
Of course the guy has the right to film something that is happening in public. Why aren't the people who are defending him also defending the rights of other people to stand where they want (i.e. in front of him) and/or call this guy out for being an asshole?
I think you missed his point. There's a reasonable line to cross and being a perv crosses the line just like holding a cell phone cam at knee level and snapping upskirt pics of women who don't know what's happening. That's okay, right? It's in public and you're not hurting anyone, right?
The cyclist was an over-the-top douchebag by trying to stop the guy. While he may have objected to it...he had no right to stop him...and deserved to have his bike shoved up his ass.
Should I be surprised that people here are defending this cretin and critiquing someone for telling him to stop?
Precisely. I'm sure you'd have been more interested had this occurred at 1st and Hennepin. To a lawyer, a person's rights are directly related to the billable hours and potential for a cut of the settlement.
lol, she is posing in middle of the street and then people QQ when someone watches her or video tapes her in a way they dont want.
Should I be surprised that you do not support his right to videotape someone in public?
Generally, yes, I prefer to be paid for my work (though not always - my mom and I just took on a very serious criminal case pro bono because we feel it's the right thing to do). Do you have a problem with that? I don't see how there's anything actionable about this incident, and I have better things to do with my time.

I don't see how he's a creep, perv, or whatever for video taping her ass - she has a nice ASS and she's showing it off in PUBLIC for the entire world to see and video tape or take pictures.
What if it was a woman holding the camera? Would she be a creep? Probably not.
What if it was an man doing the same thing as the woman in the video? Would the person holding the camera still be labeled a creep? Probably not.
I bet 99% of men [and some women] would take at least 1 pictures of her ass or include her ass in a picture if they had a camera.
FFS - if you don't want your body to be video taped in this type of situation - then frikken do it in a private studio..
