Can you imagine a real combat situation where a Navy seal is jumping up and down like a fool? Sniping rifles are supposed to be deadly powerful. You have to fight back with equally powerful sniper rifles from strategic locations with teamwork.

Remember, Rambo didn't grow a furry tail and start bunny hopping when snipers were shooting him!!!

Then that would mess up the balance of the game.

Because of a(n) awper, some routes are just avoided in some maps.

But to piss off snipers, use a sg or flash.

1. I don't want a real combat situation, so any argument to that extent is useless. What makes CS unique is the near-perfect gameplay - that entails a certain amount of arcade-style action.

2. Don't complain about the game, just change your tactics or rally your team to play more effectively. Counter with another sniper rifle. Try WAITING him out if you don't have to press forward to an objective. Use stealth (my favorite). You realize that long corridors are perfect for snipers to watch over for a reason, right? They're supposed to be high-risk deathtraps.

3. There is no such thing as too easy.

Think about it. In real life, if you jump around with a rifle, your aim is gone to hell. So, if they dont change how high you can jump, they should make it a huge penalty on your accuracy for a few seconds if you are jumping. In a real life scenario, a sniper can ruin a whole platoon's day (or in the case of Carlos Hathcock and his spotter, they can ruin a whole company's day). No one jumps around in combat, unless its to clear some obstacles. Certainly, it isnt done to throw off someone's aim. If you complain about that, at least they havent put in one of Accuracy International's other products in 338 Lapua Magnum... a JSP from that could really screw you over.
