I ran into the following when a friend of my told me about petrodollars (yes, before that I thought dollars were made from heaven to buy all the oil in the world so we can guzzle gas in our SUVs - lol).

What do you think? Will Iraq's conversion (back) to trading oil in dollars instead of euros cause the dollar to remain as the world-currency? Or is this change inevitable, and we should brace ourselves for a USDollar crash and inflation + interest rate hikes, and eventually a depression?
(it pisses me off that the european union gets to hassle US companies like MS, etc. thru their gay courts, but US does nothing - oh well, I am glad that we are in Iraq and kicking Euro's azz).
