Yeah you can but it's pointless since you can just replace the capacitors and inductors with their DC equivalents. Phasor makes time-harmonic analysis of circuits much easier. I guess the only time it would really matter is if you already had the transfer function for an existing system. Plus, the capacitors go to infinity which is always a drag to keep track of.

Another reason for it being pointless is that there will be only two phases (0 and pi) and thus all your phasors will lie on one line resulting in simple addition and subtraction
