I just hope it keeps going up. I doubt it will. It's just recovering from the big drop. It probably won't have the momentum to keep it up. I'm not bitching though. Right now I'll take anything.

A friend of mine lost a lot last week but didn't sell. Instead he bought a significant amount of stock in bombardier on Friday. They're up pretty nicely already today. I'm a boring mutual fund person but I didn't sell. Go up Dow, go!

I thought it would go up quite a bit today. People had a chance to put things in perspective over the weekend, and remembered stocks are about the long term (and there were some good bargains out there).

Unfortunately, tomorrow I think it will drop considerably again.

While everyone was selling off last week I took advantage and went on a spending spree. Five years from now I should be looking pretty good.

I fear it will drop again also. You just never can tell though. Thats the crappy part! All I know is that all of last week I wish I had spare cash sitting around, because even if it drops again it WILL go up in the near future. Last week's drop was to a great extent unecessary. 14% drop in a week? Come on!
