Phillies are on the verge of an NL East division

don't know how many phillies fans are out here... but thanks to the mets and probably one of the biggest collapses in the history of baseball, the phillies might be able to clinch the a division title tomorrow for the first time since 1993... i was only 8 at that time.... can't wait to be at the game tomorrow!!!!!

at this point , i odn't even care if they make it that far although it would be nice... we haven't even made the playoffs since then... horrible

Congrats to the Phils. They did their best to play hard and made a great run. Too bad the team I root for mailed it in and collapsed like the bums they are. The Mets deserve everything they get from fans and the media.


Now the Phillies should be facing the Diamondbacks right? Diamondbacks have home field due to having the best record in the NL but their ballpark can be a launching pad though not as much as Citizens Bank Ballpark.

Best of luck and please support your team and don't talk about the Eagles during the playoffs.

I can't believe we did it! I watch Phillies games everyday of my life, but this team is SO special. The things they do, the BS they overcome, the pitching they overcome, J-Roll leading day-in day-out... regardless of what they do in the playoffs this season was INCREDIBLE!

I have been a Phils fan since 1975-76 when I was old enough to understand what I was watching.

And all I can say is GO PHILS.

Even with their lack of pitching they still did it, totally awesome.

I was 21 and at college. Can not forget Mitch Williams blowing it. Good thing there was plenty of alcohol to deal with the pain.

I was at saturday's game where eatme couldnt even get through three innings, it was pretty grim, but everyone was so confident we were gonna win today, we were even chanting DTRAIN lol

I definitely think they can get somewhere in the playoffs, especially if the padres send out peavy to the mound tomorrow against col.

oh and man... that nbc10 reporter got bukakked during the celebration!
