Well, per capita, we eat significantly more meat in the U.S. than most other countries. In places where meat is traditionally a small part of the diet or where the cost of meat precludes it from being more popular, you get a lot of people who supplant protein in their diet with beans, nuts, and soy.

When meat is used, it's rarely a hunk of meat served as a main course like we have here. Rather, its chopped up and mixed with vegetables and served as an accompanying dish.

Americans definitely need to start eating more fresh fruit and veg. Its hard to see exactly from those pictures, I think I ate more of that today than the black family and less than the white family. To be precise, I had: 4 tomatoes, 3 bell peppers, an onion, a carrot and some celery, 2 bananas and 2 apples. And its only 7 pm.

Um yeah, that's their traditional outfit? Looks much better than a bunch of people in identical baseball caps with just a different logo, and is a lot more practical and cheap too.

Though I have to say that Andean food is pretty bland!

you can do it indoors its not hard just expensive
