Photoalley has $25 off 200 $50 off 400 $100 off 600 ends monday, not as good as the 20% off msn deal but still a good deal, also dont forget the hyatt hotel coupon if you bought during the msn deal, I think it was $100 coupon for hyatt hotels if you bought $300 worth of gear, I dont see it on the site now though....

You might want to think twice before using photoalley.

I tried to take advantage of their discounts along with the MS Passport 20% thing a few weeks back. NO LUCK!

The order wouldn't go through - I kept getting a message that there was an error processing the order - please call customer service. Cust Svc just told me to try again!

Eventually I got it to work, then a week later I got an email from photoalley telling me that they couldn't process my credit card.... I checked with the credit card and there was nothing amiss. Next I called Photoalley and they said they'd have to look into it and re-run the card. They said they'd call back but they never did.

I called Photoalley again a few times and now they can't find my order. It's not in the system! As usual they suggest that I place it again - but what about the 20% off MS PAssport? Their response: There's nothing we can do about it, you must place it again.

Their prices tend to be list, so getting the coupon off doesn't make it a very good deal

I too had some order headaches with Photoalley. I placed two orders. The first one kept generating an error message similar to what was described above. Ultimately, it went through the next day when I tried it again. The second order appeared to go through (including the MSN 20% discount), but when they charged my card, they omitted all the discounts. I emailed them and they said they would issue a credit. Since I have screen printouts showing the original order and discounts, I know my credit card company will pressure them to give me the correct price in case things get sticky.

Stress like this is the hidden cost of hot deals...

Ordered one of the cameras there with the MSN 20%. It's been quite a while now. Never heard from them after I got the order confirmation. No backorder emails, nothing! At least my CC hasn't been charged. Talk about shoddy customer service!

i got the order through, but i have to agree you all their website is sucks. The order is not real time, actually when you place a order , the order is sent to somewhere in their computer and they may download order later, or may not download, or lost. The order number mean nothing.

Got two orders with 20% and dollar off. They both went through after spending two nights trying. What I found was that if you wanted the order to go through, you had to clear the cookies and start again. Then it was the luck of getting to a confirmation screen to get order confirmation number. I was one of the lucky ones that my order finally got downloaded into their database (after 4 days) and finally confirmed. Afterwards the shipping was superfast.
I got the Nikon 880 for $533 and Nikon N80/28-80 set for $407!!!!!!!
Now the 880 can be had for $599 ($699 - $100) which is still very good.
