Rossman, don't forget to go through ebates first 369 - 37.50 = 332.50. If your having problems jumping through all the hoops at each site, just work with it awhile. It does work eventually.

Have placed two orders on Sat 25 and got two confirmation numbers but no emails.
Called today to check and they say my orders did not go through!!!!!!!!!
Will see how it turns out, but looks like they screwed up big time.
Question - did this happen just to me or maybe there are more of us?

I too placed an order on Sat Nov 25 for a Fuji MX1300 have the confimation code but no emails!! I suspect they don't want to sell at these low prices. I will have to call and harass them.

Just called them up and they cannot find the orders... Had order number, no email confirm too.
Just kinda fishy how everybody's order that bought with the MSN deal cannot be located. Seems they are unwilling to sell at those prices. This isn't a price misprint, but what if they refuse to sell at those prices?

i called em just now and i told em about the instant rebates they were giving out and they said it was also from MSN??!!! im not talking about the 20% passport either. just the site rebates! they are dicks! they said they couldnt do anything and to call msn. what the hell is msn gonna do about it. i want that freakin $50 rebate im entitled to.

i say call this place and bitch like a vice president! then tell me what to do cus this sucks bigtime

i ordered the pentax 105wr date kit for 167, now the cheapest i can get it is for 247!!

called at 12:50 pm today (mon) and was told that they have not yet had a site dnld from fri on ( no data to look up) and to call back in 3 or more hours, also if not on system by sat msn 20% is not honored, so well see......

I suggest if they don't accept our orders, we go and sew them. I have used my CC in trust with Photoalley and MSN and the MSN wallet has all my infomation stored.

Damn it guys, i am pretty sure my order got though, but i just called a CSR who behavior so impatiently to me, and keep repeating the same thing she said to me, saying the system is not showing my order that means the order didn't go through. Did anyone has this problem? I'm pretty sure i hit the confirm button.

Wallykid, did you get a confirmation number displayed to you after you completed the order?

You should get a 6 letters confirmation code right away on the webpage if you have successfully placed your order.

i have a story to tell, once there was a man with a confirmation code, and then he emailed photoallassholes twice and called them once and he got a big crap on his face

its probly worse than just getting a littled screwed, but coupled with a confirmation code then it becomes a "im in prison with a big hairy man and its night time on valentines day" screwed

did i mention... I HATE PHOTOALLEY!

It's just so funny to get a confirmation number that doesn't confirm anything. Seems like Photoalley can control what they want to accept as an order... and at the end decide to see if your confirmation number confirms anything.

It's a contract - they accept your terms and you theirs - It's like you would sell on Egay and then say that you don't want to sell anymore after having confirmed your sale to someone - They have to accept and ship merchandise we ordered.

another thing, did anyone buy from this site a week ago when they were giving in store rebates for different priced items such as

50 off 200 (the one i thought i had)
100 off whatever, i dont remember

stuff like that, and im not talking about the new code which isnt as much, cus when i asked them about the rebates they turned into brainless pricks and told me they had no clue what i was talking about.

I just got off a chat with Live person at MSN Passport - she said that Photoalley got off the 20% promo as of Friday and that whatever happend it's not MS problem - sad but true!
And I sold my camera to have money ready for the new one...
