You don't even need that long. 1/4 or 1/3 of a second will get you that effect.

If it is Photoshopped it's a pretty good job. It's one of those things that if someone hints it could be chopped you start seeing things that could indicate it but it's just your mind trying too hard. I think the lighting on the girls looks off but like I said...

The legs are great, the buns are, so-so, and the eggs are definitely null. Other than that, I see no chop suey fonofancy photo chop.

No, I don't believe it's chopped.
1) Left girl, her leg is blured but I think it's cause by shutter speed. She could have move a little when the pic was taken.
2) Light is off, at falls like this lighting could play a trick.

But what really makes it a non chop is the noise. If U look closely the girl and the background seem to match up pretty well.

Just my 0.254cents opinion.

But what should be very critical and most important is......Just enjoy the pic. 2 nice chics giving smile to the camera. A good smile is not possible to chop.

I vote not. Girl on right has her feet actually in the water. Both are wearing sunscreen and it adds to the shine on girl on right. Girl on left has her hair stuck to her arm in the sunscreen.

While it looks like it could be a greenscreen overlay, has too many things that says it is real.

Looks real to me, just taken with high exposure time. Everything seems to glow like in the game Guild wars though.

if it was chopped it is a great job. Everything looks good but the lighting seems off. But shorts are wet as someone mentioned. So im willing to go authentic.
