Overlooking the city at night
ISO 200, f2.8, 8 sec shuttter

Car driving past at night
ISO 80, f4.5, 35 sec shutter

8 sec shutter and the people up front aren't all blurry?

eh, you know you don't have to guess. Look up the EXIF data for the original pic.

Looks like I was wrong with the specs of pics, got a few mixed up Still they're cool pictures, best of a bad bunch... I'm gonna get some better ones soon though...
