Ditto - I like how the inside is laid out (especially the big fan in the back), but the front bezel is just ugly, IMO.

One strange thing about it is that it looks like the internal 3.5" bays are oriented sideways. This would make it easier to attach an IDE ribbon cable to the HDs but it also might impede cooling since the cables would have to cross the case to get to the motherboard. It's also not clear how you would actually attach the HDs to the cage since you wouldn't be able to access screw holes at the front of the case.

From SithSolo1:
"I really hate SUV whiners. A bad driver can be dangerous in ANY car. So for all the SUV haters please feel free to step out in front of my SUV and stop me.
"If you have $38,000 to spend on a car and you buy a Civic, you should be shot in the face.""

Usually I would never say anything about anything like this, but I just can't let it go.
The level of violence you propose to use to deal with people you don't agree with is unbelievable.
I suppose the second part is a quote and I have no idea who may have said it, but saying that anyone who can afford to burn as much gas as humanly posible to go get their groceries, and doesn't should be shot and killed is truely insane.

They are both quotes, deal with it.

1. I don't even own an SUV, I have a '99 Dodge Ram
2. The second quote pertains to having $38,000, getting a Civic, and ricing it out instead of actually buying a car worth that much.

I read the second review. The more I read, the more I like this case. Yeah, the chrome accents in the vents look stupid but thats why we have Dremel tools. I love my 1040B to death but I would get the P160 over the 1040 in a heart beat, it's just more functional.

Mix Feelings. I hate the vents, but they seem cool, just not visually appealing. The bezels...look plain. I guess Im still in love with my Antec 1040. Simple and elegant. Now only if my drives werent beige and find some time to order that windowed side panel. The inside of the p160 is nice though.

I was looking over one of these at CrapUSA yesterday. Very nice case. I don't usually go in for the aluminum gaudy cases but there are some nice features and contruction on the P160 almost made me want to give up my SX1040.

The max main board size is 12" x 9.6". I am using an Iwill MPX2 Motherbord which is 12 in x 11.4 in. The P160 is a good sized case at least the same size as the SX1040... for a mainboard size that small seems a waste of all that interior space.

I did deal with and expressed my opinion that antone who feels that people should be killed over car opinions is truely insane.

It's OK. I don't think it's fugly but I also don't think it's worth the asking $$. This should definately fall in the lanboy $$ range.

It seems poorly designed from a cooling perspective. The 3.5" drive cage is really going to cut down the airflow through the case compared to a design like the Cooler Master 201. Granted, this is probably only important if you're overclocking.

Also, is there any kind of air filtering built into the case at the front? If those slots are just wide open then it seems like they're going to let a lot of dust into the case.

Try reading one of the reviews, they answer all these questions....and yes, there is a filter in the front, a washable one at that...
