Its a bit heavy on the chrome for my taste, but overall not bad.

meh... the deflector dish array sticks farther out than the other enterprises. the nacelles aren't as streamlined. captain archer's enterprise was a lot more modern looking overall, but all that was was a minimally modified akira class.

Huh? The article boasts about how they wanted it to look like the original, yet the proportions are all wrong and the nacelles are an entirely new design.

The movie may be good, but they should rethink which aspects they're bragging about!

There is no way they could convert that deflector shield to send a reversed tacion particle burst. Those naccell engines would never be capable of doing anything close to warp 5. If that Enterprise were to be caught in a temporal nexus, causing them to shift between parallel universes. They would need to enhance the shields on a sub atomic level just to keep the ship safe from a inevitable warp core breach.
