Pick me a Digital Camera

Been searching for weeks to buy a affordable yet powerful digital camera.

My choices are:

Toshiba PDRM71 3.2mp Camera

Kodak 3.3mp EASYSHARE DX3900 DIGITAL CAMERA w/Docking Station

Olympus 2.1mp 700 Ultra Zoom or the D510 Zoom

Canon 2.1mp Powershot A20

These seems to be the highest quality cameras. Looking for one that does good day and night shots, isnt too bulky, and has video out. I been to steves-digitcam site, but still cant narrow the field down to more than 5. Every review page says something else, and you cant buy a camera and take it back if it doesnt work out as expected. Budget wise, trying to stay under $400 for camera, 128 megs of memory and nimp charger.

id say the fuji cameras are really good.

i have a older discontinued model mx-2900 2.3mp and its awesome.

i would suggest the fuji finepix 2600. then you can add on top of that a usb reader, and a 128 mb sm card.

128 cf card from somewhere $50

Well i bought this one, it was nice =D, until i tried the non-nikon cf, messed up the whole camera, costco accepted return a day after expiration =D

i cant remermber which one but it was video only or goodguys has a 30 day trial if your not satisfied for any reason take it back

I have a Toshiba PDR M4 and I really love it. I have had it for about 2 years now and it has always
been reliable. Plus you can upgrade their firmware through there website to make them even better
as time goes on.

I personally have a canon A20 Powershot and it takes great outside pics but you have to have sufficient light for inside pics...I really wanted a Canon G2 but the price of 800 bucks was rather prohibitive

Dont know if you know about this site yet, but I find Imaging-Resource to be better than Steve's digicam...

For me I would go for the Kodak... it's 3.1mp and all Kodak cameras I have seen produces great photo quality... my friend has the 3900 and it's pretty small... It also feels very well built (doesnt feel like a plastic toy)...

I have the Nikon Coolpix 775 and use a RCA cf and have had no problems whatsoever with it.
Outside shots are awesome , inside shots need red eye adjustments as an external flash can't be put on it.
Overall a nice small compact camera for on the go.
