Kids get breast milk until ~1 year, then switch to 2 or 3%. Kids need the calcium and fat to grow strong and healthy.

When they are older they can drink whatever the fsck they want

well for the most part I drink 2 percent these days, but whole or 1 or skim somtimes.

once in a while I drink true goats milk for something different, I would drink more but it's not cheap

It's funny, I've had 3 glasses of whole milk pretty much my entire life and never had a problem with weight... I've seen people drink skim milk with a diet of m&m's, cake, and frosted flakes.

milk by far is one of the most highly acquired tastes. give it a rest for few years and try drninking again. you will be surprised how nasty it smells.

funny how we see/smell things so differently. most times i dont really care for the smell of cow milk, but at times it makes me feel very uneasy. now, that combined with the smell of eggs is a deadly combination.
