Within the next few weeks I'm going to pick up an Enermax 485W Noistaker PSU, or a OCZ Modstream 520W PSU, as well as a Zalman VF700-Cu to keep my card quieter. Looking for any advice on the parts, or other small cost things I could buy for the rig.

Or you could check out Seasonic for powersupplies.

I can't even tell if my 430 watt is on over the sound of the stock A64 fan.

Sounds to me like you are on a mission to quiet your computer.

If so, listen to Yoyo and get a Seasonic PSU, which only happens to be the quietest fan-cooled PSU available.
