Thats great isn't it.

My soon to be wife is in South Korea..she is a school teacher and told me of the alarm going off nation wide to begin a moment of silence. It is really touching to see all of the countries and people coming together like this.

You know what this reminds me of? The final scene in "It's a Wonderful Life." The U.S. is like Jimmy Stewart, not realizing that the rest of the world gave a damn, until our darkest hour. This is one American who will never forget the kindness those other nations and peoples showed to us.
