PIII 750, safe core voltages?

i was wondering what the generally accepted highest core voltage for this chip was...
i'm running it at 930@1.80v and it's stable, but in order for me to hit 967 and 1000 i need to bump up the voltage to 1.85v, possibly higher for stability. is this relatively safe?
thanks...i know this has already been covered somewhere, but i couldn't find the answer, so i posted this.

Vcore of 2.80 volts and 2.85 volts will kill your P3 CPU. Those voltages are impossible to get from normal mobos. 1.80 or 1.85 volts are acceptable, no problem. With good air cooling, upto 1.90volts are okay but over that are not recommended.

you didn't say what sort of cooling you're using but 1.85V is my personal max with good cooling.

see my SUCCESS IN OVERCLOCKING post.. my 700e is at 933 at 1.85 volts.. 1.8 would run 933 but have occasional freezes... 1.85 is very stable.. i also bumped my I/O volt to 3.7

i've got an orb on it - keeps the heat off nicely, nothing extreme though.
my cpu runs at about 100 degrees far. - 38 celcius.

also, about raising the IO voltage, i have an ol' abit BX6 rev2, and just browsing through the BIOS i couldn't find anyway to change the IO voltage, so i guess i can't right?

I just got my p3 750 up to 1G at 1.75v today. I didn't have a chance to benchmark it or test for stability, but it was around 38*C Idle.
