Pin Arrangement (Mobo)

Hey Guys,

I am a noob when it comes to your godly expertise. So i need your help.

I need to hook up the pins on the Mobo, so i needed to see if i was right

How do i figure out which end is + and which is - Attached picture in link.

usually the color that is the same on your wires, black or white, is negative or ground. the colorful wires are positive. it only matters on the LEDs. power and reset switch only have to short so they can be put on regardless of polarity.

In addition, is the picture i attached correct. Do i put the pins correctly?!
