There are no disclaimers saying that it is for receivers that are NIB and the 850 is definitely a DD receiver.

I purchased mine at the "open box" price and received the free speakers.

That's the exact thing I said to the manager, but he refused.

I bought mine at $295 and went back today with the scan, but the @ssholic manager said that they can't pricematch (price adjust for my case) with another BB that's in another state. WTF?

I'll try again later. Anyway, i have located another BB (60 miles away) that has the price at $257.90. Just call them up and ask for customer service, then ask them to check the price on the item # 4135199.

I went another day to try my luck with another CSR, but then the same biatch was there. I told her that I called and found another BB in the same freaking state selling it for $257.50. She again refused saying that the living standards are different in different cities (what a load of BS)... anyway, I drove down this morning and bought the last one in the other BB. At first I just wanted to get a pricematch there, but instead i bought another one and going to return the 1st one, so they have to sell it as an open box item. Since they didn't want to pass me the savings, i'm going to pass the savings to others.

I just paid $237 out the door tonight(They gave me 10% discount for open box item). I didn't get the free speakers, but those speakers suck and wouldn't do this receiver justice anyway, so oh well...On another note, I tried to apply for the Best Buy Credit Card and they REJECTED ME! I couldn't believe it. I am certain I have excellent credit, never a late payment, always pay off in full, etc. After I get rejected the Best Buy CSR says, "Don't feel bad, most people get rejected. The Best Buy Card is really hard to get!" Haha, give me a break. It's like a department store...now it's got me wondering if a company has been messing with my credit records...
