I just purchased a Pixio PX329, and hopefully I made the wise choice. I'll let everyone know when it arrives. I stole it for $369

Freesync (144hz) off is 165Hz.
Claimed response time is 5ms, but actual is 8.27.

Only negative thing I have read (several resources) is that the Display Port cable (1.2) is garbage. So I bought a Display Port 1.4 cable. It doesn't have the greatest Contrast ratio, and Brightness, but I game in a low light room, anyway.
Factory calibration sucks, but has tremendous calibration movement. Hardware unboxed calibrated it with CalMAN 2018, and an oscilloscope. They said it could rival Pro monitors.

Input lag is the lowest Hardware unboxed has ever seen. 1.7ms

The main compliant that I have seen against Pixio is that, like the no-name Korean manufacturers, they purchases B-grade panels which have more dead or stuck pixels. Pixio's warranty considers up to five dead or bright pixels to be acceptable.

What do you think dell covers?

For their nicer panels it's 1 bright or 6 dead. But for their cheaper consumer panels it's combination of 6 bright/dead.

Well I received it today. I can say I am about done with my LG Ultrawide.

I got a perfect display with no dead pixels. I love the 1440p standard resolution over my Ultrawide's 2560x1080. I am SOOO over the curved monitors. The 1ms input lag is AWESOME! The color on the VA panel is approx. 95% of my IPS. Doesn't look washed out at all, and the blacks are MUCH better.

If I had to nitpick, I can only think of 2.
1. The OSD menu is difficult to navigate.
2. The ghosting is real. It ghosts worse in games, but my IPS ultrawide ghosts in Firefox browser, so, no real big deal.

Old monitor is a LG 34UC79G-B Ultrawide 2560x1080 IPS.
