In my experience Pizza Hut is better but it also costs quite a bit more. Kinda depends what you order though.
Right now, Little Caesar's Extra Most Bestest for $6 is hard to beat. But if you order basically anything but cheese or pepperoni, you'll end up paying about the same as you could get from Pizza Hut (if they have the $7.99 2 topping large carryout deal that they've had just about always recently on their website).
Pizza Hut's hand tossed is the crust to get there. Its definitely better than Little Caesar's crust (which is just edible, its really bland, but at least they don't slather that shitty garlic butter oil shit that seems like everyone else has started; with Pizza Hut you can choose various "dressings" for the crust to get past that, I personally like the salted pretzel crust). Their pan crust has too much cheap bread (same with their pizza box deals with the squared pizzas, they're all on that crust, which is about what Little Caesar's crust is).
Breadsticks at both are crap shoot. Little Caesar's have had too much of whatever flavor stuff they put on there, but Pizza Hut tends to overcook their breadsticks).
Pizza Hut here hasn't been bad about grease, but other places (where I'd ordered from them multiple times, it was just random chance, sometimes it'd be real greasy, other times it wouldn't). Little Caesar's has been about the same. Other chains seem more greasy.
Domino's was ok, but Little Caesar's was comparable in quality but cheaper and Pizza Hut was better. Domino's sides were better (they're breadstick twists or balls were not too bad I thought).
They had a 50% off pizza deal (Pizza Hut has run that off and on, I was getting large pepperoni lover for ~$9)
Basically, if you just order simple Little Caesar's is hard to beat (but they're also tailored to that, you can stop in and get a cheese or pepperoni for $5 and be right in and out). If you special order, Pizza Hut has more options (sauces, crust options, etc).
