I too received an email on the 17th from dell about the DELAY. I replied as the directions indicated to continue with the order.
Today I went to the dell website and it stated that it was cancelled. So I called dell, and after 3 reps I talked with the sales dept. The lady said the that the monitor was no longer available. I said that the email sent to me said it was delayed, not discontiued. No simpathy from her. I asked if I could get the black one for the same price and all she said was the Mitsu 18" deal. I ststed that I didn't want the Mitsu, she said its the only substitute.
