Looks almost impossible and require obscene amounts of tricep strength.

Here is a better video This chick has about the most developed physique I've ever seen (without being an ugly bodybuilder).

I only saw great tits, smile, hot ass? there was more going on?

.....back to ops post, that is pretty sick, never seen someone do that. Thats crazy triceps, and and abs (I think) to keep mid and lower part of your bod up like that. Pretty damn impressive.

Most gymnastics moves are very impressive: muscle-ups, one armed pull-ups, handstand push-ups, clapping handstand push-ups, one handed handstands, l-sits, elbow levers, back levers, front levers, dragon flags, and hundreds of others. Check out beastskills and gymnasticsbodies for lots more.

In a word 'no'.

I'm simply not strong enough and my strength to weight ratio isn't as high as it needs to be for my upperbody. Legs are way too thick and heavy. I'd have to have ridiculously strong triceps to be able to do so...

He doesn't need triceps for what he does You probably have a better weight balance than he 'cause he's bottom heavy for sure.

Am I the only one who doesn't think triceps are the limiting factor on this exercise? If you can do ring dips, handstand push-ups and similar, then you already have enough strength to press out your entire bodyweight. From the limited experience I have with the tuck planche, the real difficulty is keeping your whole body rigid and parallel to the floor, which requires enormous core strength and shoulder stability. It's not that strong triceps aren't important, but I believe the tough part of a planche push-up is the planche and not the push-up

It just looks a great deal like a close grip bench press. I'm sure the whole thing is a nightmare, including for somebody like me a vast lacking in shoulder strength, but it looks like a close grip bench press but instead of the bar going up above your shoulders, it stays constantly at the belly button, basically making it super duper tough!

Stability and balance is a huge part. Then again, the leverage is terrible also. On ring dips and handstand pushups, at least your hands are in line with your shoulders. On this, the relative position of your hands and shoulders is almost perpendicular to the direction of pressing. Looks like a shoulder girdle wrecker.
